Adel Abdel-Latif

Adel Abdel-Latif (born October 17, 1971 in Zurich ; resident in Basel ) is a Swiss specialist in radiology , kickboxing world champion , entrepreneur , consultant , author and former Mister Switzerland .

Life

Adel Abdel-Latif has Egyptian roots. As a child, he often stayed with his aunt in Alexandria .

In 1996 he was elected Mister Switzerland . He studied medicine , became in 1997 the medical diploma and a doctorate in 1998 at the University of Basel to the Dr. med. He has been a FMH specialist in radiology since 2006 . In 2013 he completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Administration at the University of Lucerne . In 2013 he also completed his studies as a “Certified Global Negotiator HSG” at the University of St. Gallen and, at the same time, trained as a “Certified Coach of Professional Development ICF” (Business Coach ).

After practicing as a doctor for several years at various Swiss hospitals in various management positions as a radiologist, in 2011 he founded Radiolutions AG, an executive search boutique for specialist doctors. In 2013 he founded the consulting company «Dr. Abdel-Latif Consulting AG », which u. a. the «Dr. Abdel-Latif Academy for Negotiation »and of which he is CEO or Academy Director.

Abdel-Latif won the world title in kickboxing version WKF in pro-point-fighting (heavyweight, World Kickboxing Federation , pro-point-fighting) on November 30, 2013 at the age of 42 . Before that, he had been a multiple Swiss kickboxing champion, among other things.

For several years he wrote a regular medical column in the Swiss daily newspaper Blick am Abend , in which he also dealt with health problems of celebrities. From 2015 he published in various business media, including a. Focus Money , contributions as «expert in negotiations».

Abdel-Latif has been a lecturer for strategic and tactical negotiation at the Executive School of Management, Technology & Law at the University of St. Gallen since 2016 .

In 2015 he published a book on negotiation strategies in non- win-win situations. His second book on career strategies followed in 2017. In 2020 he successfully produced macht sexy. Abdel-Latif is married to Simone Kromer aka DJane Lady Tom , with whom he has three children. In 2018 he emigrated to Ibiza with his family . Today he lives in Dubai , where he invests in luxury real estate and founded another company in September 2019: Radiolutions - Swiss Medical Recruitment LLC places doctors from Switzerland, Germany and Austria in clinics, practices and health institutions in the United Arab Emirates.
