Adrian Dante Ursea (born September 14, 1967 in Slobozia ) is a Romanian football coach and former football player .

Life

Adrian Ursea attended school in Ploieşti and then began studying oil and gas technology at the Ploieşti Oil and Gas University . He made 180 games in the Romanian major division for Petrolul Ploieşti . He broke off his studies after the Romanian Revolution in 1989 to continue his football career abroad. He played at FC Locarno , CS Chênois , FC Bulle , Stade Nyonnais , FC Friborg and FC Vevey . He later worked as a coach and was a sports director for a short time .

Since 2016 he is assistant coach of Lucien Favre at OGC Nice in the French Ligue 1 .
