Adventures of Captain Marvel is a 1941 published, twelve-part black and white - Serial over the same comic book character from DC Comics , where the time of publication, the publisher Fawcett had the comic rights. William C. Cline also describes the serial as one of the most outstanding series of all time and describes it as the masterpiece of the Republic series. He particularly highlighted the acting performance of Tyler, who, according to the author, remains in "thousands of minds as the most memorable serial hero of all time".
