Air Bucharest is a Romanian charter airline based in Bucharest and based at the Bucharest Henri Coandă Airport .

history

The original plans included the start of flight operations in spring 2009 after the establishment in 2008. However, the first commercial flight did not take place until July 3, 2010.

In 2012, Air Bucharest, like all other airlines based there, relocated its base from Bucharest-Băneasa Airport to the larger Bucharest Henri Coandă Airport , as Baneasa was closed to scheduled and charter traffic.

Destinations

Air Bucharest serves various destinations in Turkey , Greece , Tunisia , Spain and Egypt from the airports of the Romanian cities of Iași , Bucharest , Cluj-Napoca and Hermannstadt . There are also charter flights to Germany .
