ais minor is a key of the musical scale minor based on the fundamental building ais. The key ais Minor is in the musical notation with seven cross - sign posted (fis, cis, gis, dis, ais, ice, his). The corresponding scale and the basic chord of this key (the tonic a sharp-c sharp-eis) are also referred to by the term a sharp minor.

Due to the seven accidentals (you could represent A sharp minor - enharmonically reinterpreted - easier with B flat minor ) this key was probably only used by Johann Christian Heinrich Rinck in his 30 two-part exercises through all keys.
