Aivaras Baranauskas (born April 6, 1980 in Alytus ) is a former Lithuanian cyclist .
Career
At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens Aivaras Baranauskas was together with Linas Balčiūnas , Tomas Vaitkus and Raimondas Vilčinskas eighth in the team pursuit on the track. In 2005 he won the road race of the Lithuanian championship. From 2006 he drove for the French Professional Continental Team Agritubel . He was once third in the stage of the Mediterranean Tour and second in the stage of the Hesse Tour .
In 2008 Baranauskas ended his cycling career.
