Dainius Kairelis
Dainius Kairelis (born September 25, 1979 in Utena ) is a former Lithuanian cyclist .
In 2003, Dainius Kairelis won the overall ranking of the Baby Giro , the U23 edition of the Giro d'Italia . From 2005 to 2007 he drove for the Polish Continental Team Amore & Vita . From 2008 he drove for the Irish Professional Continental Team Ceramica Flaminia-Bossini Docce . At the Uniqa Classic he came second once and at the Herald Sun Tour he won the second stage. In 2006 he won the road race at the Lithuanian Championships. He later finished fifth at the GP Industria e Commercio Artigianato Carnaghese and fourth at the Trofeo Melinda . Because of this good performance he was able to take part in the road cycling world championships in Salzburg . In 2008 he started in the road race of the Olympic Games in Beijing and finished 73rd.
