Acropolis Tournament 1990

The fifth edition of the 1990 Acropolis basketball tournament took place between July 23 and 25, 1990 in Athens . The six games in total were played for the first time in the Glyfada sports hall in the south of the Greek capital.

In addition to the hosting Greek national team , the national teams from China and Czechoslovakia also took part. The field of participants was completed by the Argentinian national team, which won the tournament and which is still the only non-European team that won the tournament.
