Albert Rolant
Albert Rolant (born July 28, 1928 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German actor and radio play speaker .
Life
Born in Germany, Albert Rolant had his professional focus in Austria, where he first completed the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna . In the 1962/63 season Rolant was engaged at the Theater in der Josefstadt , from 1964 to 1996 he was a member of the Volkstheater . Here he played in pieces such as Hell Fear , The Spatter , Charley's Aunt , Minna von Barnhelm , The Beaver Fur or the Faust .
His camera debut Rolant 1964 in the role of detective inspector Rudi Berntner he first in seven episodes of the broadcast in Austria crime series Inspector Marek embodied, in 1970 then in the Vienna scene contribution fraud on the side of Fritz Eckhardt , Kurt Jaggberg and Lieselotte Plauen Steiner as investigating team. This enabled Rolant to gain great popularity among the German public. In 1973 Fritz Eckhardt cast him in two episodes of his series Hallo - Hotel Sacher… Portier! .
