Albrechts is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Waldenstein municipality in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 78 building areas with 26,940 m² and 42 gardens on 16,478 m² in the cadastral municipality of Albrechts , in 1989/1990 there were 78 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 342 and in 2009/2010 there were 176 buildings on 377 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 300 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 97 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 260 hectares and 125 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 248 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 124 hectares. The average soil climate number of Albrechts is 27.3 (as of 2010).
