Hernán Alejandro Martinuccio (born December 16, 1987 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine football player .
Career
Argentina
Martinuccio played from July 2005 to July 2009 for the Argentine club Club Atlético Nueva Chicago . During that period, he made at least 17 league games for the club and scored nine goals.
In August 2009, he moved to Peñarol. The transfer fee is said to have been paid $ 220,000. In addition, a percentage stake in a resale is said to have been part of the agreement. It premiered on August 23, 2009 against the Montevideo Wanderers . In his first year, he won the Uruguayan championship . In the 2010/11 season, the club reached the final of the 2011 Copa Libertadores .
In total, he completed 55 league games for the Aurinegros and scored 14 goals. He was also used in four games of the Liguilla Pre Libertadores 2009 (three goals), played in four games (one goal) of the Copa Sudamericana and played twelve games (two goals) in the Copa Libertadores .
Fluminense
From July 2011 to the end of January 2012 he was under contract with Fluminense Rio de Janeiro . In 14 games for the Tricolor team in the Brazilian championship, he only managed one goal.
Villarreal
On January 31, 2012, Villarreal announced the loan of Martinuccio. The player scored only once in 13 games this season. He made his debut on February 5, 2012 in the game against FC Sevilla , when he came on for Borja Valero in the 91st minute . He played his last league appearance for the Spanish 5 May 2012 against FC Valencia .
Cruzeiro EC
In July 2012, he moved back to Brazil to Cruzeiro, still on loan. However, the medical examination revealed a bone fracture, so the contract was only signed after the healing process. The striker's contract ran until July 2013 and was extended for another year to July 2014 shortly before it expired. However, he could not recommend himself for the starting eleven due to ongoing injury misfortune and left Cruzeiro.
Coritiba FC
In June 2014 Martinuccio was awarded again by his club and moved to Coritiba FC . But again he struggled with injuries.
Further stations
He returned to Fluminense in the second half of January 2015. Without having played a competitive game, he moved to AA Ponte Preta in the last days of 2015 . At the beginning of May 2016, he joined Chapecoense and has so far (as of September 24, 2016) played eight first division games (one goal) and twice (no goal) in the Copa do Brasil . On November 28, 2016, LaMia flight 2933 crashed, killing almost the entire Chapecoense crew. However, Martinuccio did not take part in his club's trip to Colombia due to an injury, so he was not on board and thus survived.
After playing at his youth club CA Nueva Chicago in 2017 , Martinuccio signed another contract with a Brazilian club for 2018. His next stop was Avaí FC . Martinuccio left the club in August of that year. His trip went back to Spain to the CD Móstoles .
