Alexander Ackermann (born January 18, 1993 in Mannheim ) is a German ice hockey player who was last under contract with the Adler Mannheim in the DEL and was used by the Heilbronner Falken in the DEL2 with a sponsorship license .

Player career

Alexander Ackermann went through the youth departments of the Mannheim ERC . From the 2008/2009 season he laced up the skates for the young eagles Mannheim , with which he was able to celebrate the championship in 2009, 2010 and 2012 . In the DNL playoffs 2012 he advanced to the top scorer with six goals and nine assists in eight games. On October 7, 2011 he was used for the first time with the professionals in the 2nd Bundesliga in the 1: 4 defeat of the Heilbronner Falken against the Hanover Indians ; he celebrated his first goal with the professionals on February 21, 2012 in the Falken home game against the Hanover Indians (final score 3: 4). Ackermann completed his first full season with the professionals in 2012/2013 . On September 13, Ackermann made his DEL debut in the Adler jersey in a 2-1 home win against Schwenninger Wild Wings .

International

Ackermann took part in the 2011 U18 Junior World Championship for Germany and in the U20 World Championship in 2013 .
