Alexander Jurjewitsch Juldaschew ( Russian Александр Юрьевич Юлдашев ; born May 12, 1967 in Osh , Kyrgyz SSR , Soviet Union ) is a Russian rear admiral and commander of the group of north-eastern troops and armed forces of Russia in Pepropavlovsk-Kamchatsky .

Life

Juldaschew comes from the family of a military man . In 1989 he graduated from the communications engineering faculty of the Kaliningrad Higher Naval War School, was then transferred to the 11th submarine division of the Northern Fleet at the naval base Sapadnaya Liza and served on the nuclear submarine K-173 of Project 949. 1991 and 1993 he was a participant from diving trips under the Arctic ice to bases of the Pacific Fleet . He initially served as an officer on watch and later as the chief officer on nuclear submarines for the 671RTM and 949A projects . After attending higher special courses for officers of the naval war fleet in Saint Petersburg and the successful completion of the Naval War Academy NG Kuznetsov in 2000, he became the commander of a nuclear submarine of the project 671RTM of the 33rd submarine division in Sapanaja Liza. In 2003 he was deployed as chief of staff of the 7th submarine division of the Northern Fleet at the Vvyayevo naval base . In 2007 he became the commander of this division. From 2009 to 2012. Yuldashev was at the naval base Vilyuchinsk use as commander of the 10th submarine division of the Pacific Fleet. From 2012 to 2015 he was Deputy Commander of the Primorsk Mixed Forces Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet, and from 2015 Deputy Commander of the Kola Mixed Forces Flotilla of the Northern Fleet. In 2015 he graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Moscow and was awarded the Army General Dubynin Prize as one of the best officer audiences . From November 2015 to January 2016 he commanded a group of ships in the Pacific Fleet, consisting of the missile cruiser Varyag , the destroyer Bystry , the tanker Boris Butoma and the rescue ship Alatau . The group took part in the joint Indira- Russian maneuver Indira-2015 in the Indian Ocean . From 2016 to 2018, Rear Admiral Yuldashev served as Chief of Staff and First Deputy Commander of Underwater Forces of the Pacific Fleet. On January 29, 2018, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Putin, he was appointed commander of the Group of Northeastern Troops and Armed Forces of Russia. His predecessor, Rear Admiral Lipilin , was transferred to the Black Sea Fleet at the same time.

For the successful prosecution of a aircraft carrier battle group of NATO Yuldashev was awarded the 1998 Medal for Military Valor awarded. He is a candidate for engineering sciences , is married and has two daughters.
