Alexander Milo

Alexander Milo (born March 22, 1980 in Reutlingen ) is a German - Serbian actor .

Life

Milo completed an acting training from March 2003 to September 2007 at the drama school "Der Kreis" (Fritz-Kirchhoff-Schule) in Berlin , which he graduated with a diploma as a state-certified actor. From 2012 to 2014 he also attended regular acting coaching sessions with Sigrid Andersson (Die Gasstelle) in Berlin.

During his training he had theater engagements at the bread factory Berlin (2004), at the Berliner Ensemble (2005; as a soldier in the desecration , directed by Claus Peymann ) and at the Schiller Theater Workshop (2007; the son Rico in Nachtblind by Darja Stocker ) . This was followed by stage appearances at the TIK Theater in Berlin (2008) and in the 2009/10 season at the New Theater in Hanover ; there he played Gavin in the play Ladies' Night by Anthony McCarten .

Milo took on his first film roles in 2006/2007. Milo has had roles in short films, feature films, television films, and various television series. In 2009 he had an episode lead role in the television series The Teacher , where he played Dusan Sabic, a character from former Yugoslavia . In September 2009, he was in episodes 4315-4323 in the RTL soap Gute Zeiten, haben haben to see; he played Michael Kammerlander, the short-term flirt of the series character Pia Koch from Munich . He was also seen in episode roles in the series Ein Fall von Liebe (2014; as construction manager Henning Reichert) and SOKO Leipzig (2015; as police officer Malte Rösner). In March 2016, Milo was seen in the ZDF series Der Alte in a 90-minute episode full length; he played the Croatian bartender and call boy Mirko Jankovic. In May 2017 Milo starred in the ZDF series Last Trace Berlin ; he played Jovan Petrovic, the companion of a polyamorous sex therapist. Milo has played Commissioner Jakob Huber in the RTL series Unter Uns since September 2017 .

Milo grew up with Serbo-Croatian / Serbian as his mother tongue and is also fluent in Croatian . He lives in Cologne .
