Alice Hector
Alice Hector (born July 30, 1982 ) is a British duathlete and triathlete .
Career
Alice Hector started triathlon at the age of 19. In June 2007 she was third in Belgium at the European Championship on the long distance. In 2013 she became triathlon world champion on the sprint distance in London in September in the 30-34 age group.
State champion duathlon 2014
Since 2014 she has started again as a professional athlete after taking a break for a few years and became the Scottish Duathlon State Champion.
In January 2016, the then 33-year-old was able to repeat her victory in the middle distance of 2014 in Israel and in 2016 she became Scottish Vice State Champion Duathlon. In September she won the Ironman 70.3 Rügen .
In April 2018 she came second in the first edition of the Challenge Roma . At the European Duathlon Middle Distance Championship in Denmark, she came third in May 2019.
