Sarah Schütz (* 1978 ) is a former Swiss duathlete and triathlete . She is Swiss champion triathlon (2004) and duathlon (2007).
Career
In 2004 Sarah Schütz became Swiss triathlon champion and in 2007 she was also Swiss champion in duathlon. After success on the short distance, she started the long distance for the first time at the Ironman in Zurich in the summer of 2009, where she finished fourth. Sarah Schütz won her first start at an Ironman 70.3 race in Rapperswil-Jona in June 2009 .
Sarah Schütz started for the TG Hütten and was trained by Christoph Schmied . From 2001 she lived in Dübendorf in the canton of Zurich and since 2010 in Rümlang .
It has not appeared internationally since 2010.
