Alois Stinglwagner

Alois Stinglwagner (born February 19, 1887 in Miesbach , † July 23, 1955 in Penzberg ) was a German engineer, mine director and politician ( BVP , CSU ).

Stinglwagner attended the Progymnasium in Schäftlarn , the humanistic grammar school in Landshut and the Bergakademie in Freiberg in Saxony . During his studies in 1907 he became a member of the Freiberg fraternity of Glückauf . In 1913 he started working as a mining assistant and engineer at the Penzberg mine management , later he was chief engineer. In 1919 he was a co-founder of the BVP in Penzberg. From 1921 on he worked in the main administration of the Oberbayerische Aktiengesellschaft für Kohlenbergbau in Munich, where he became chairman of the board in 1945. In the same year he was a co-founder of the CSU local association Penzberg. In 1946 he was a member of the state constitutional assembly , and in the subsequent state elections he was elected to the state parliament for four years . At the end of 1953 he moved into the Bavarian Senate , where he represented the Industry and Commerce group until his death .
