History and architecture
The three-bay hall church is located on a mountain. It was first mentioned in a document in 1237. The massive, square west tower dates from the second half of the 13th century. The choir is rectangular with a five-tenths ending. The two narrow aisles end in semicircular wall apses . Judging by the cover plates, the heavy round pillars were originally in the shape of a cross. They were changed in the baroque period . The walls are structured by ogival windows and portals with panels. Around 1802 the former house of the dead , which is now used as a sacristy , was added. At the same time, the tower was crowned with a Welschen hood.
