Amak Island is the easternmost island of the Aleutian Islands and belongs to the Fox Islands (Alaska) . It is north of the western tip of the Alaska Peninsula and northwest of Cold Bay .
The volcanic island with an area of 15 km² reaches a height of 488 m. The highest point is the stratovolcano Mount Amak .
