Tanginak Island is a small uninhabited island of the Fox Islands , which belong to the Aleutian Islands and thus to the US state of Alaska . The approximately 300 meter long island is located three and a half kilometers east of Akun Island . In 1852, Michail Tebenkow first recorded the island in the nautical charts.
