Amblimont a village and a former French commune with 219 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Sedan and the Canton of Carignan .
With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Amblimont and Mouzon were merged into a Commune nouvelle with the identical name Mouzon and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Mouzon.
