Tétaigne is located about 35 kilometers east-southeast of the city center of Sedan in the Argonne . Tétaigne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pouru-Saint-Remy in the north and north-west, Sachy in the north, Osnes in the east and north-east, Carignan in the south-east, Euilly-et-Lombut in the south and Douzy and Brévilly in the west and north-west.
