Sailly is located about 26 kilometers east-southeast of downtown Sedan in the Argonne . Sailly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Carignan in the north, Blagny in the north and northeast, Linay in the east and northeast, Villy in the east and southeast, Malandry in the south and Vaux-lès-Mouzon in the west and southwest.
