Glaire is a French commune with 884 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Sedan and the canton Sedan-2 (until 2015: canton Sedan-Nord ). The inhabitants are called Glairois .

geography

Glaire is a banlieue in the west of Sedan near the Belgian border on the Meuse . Glaire is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Menges in the north and north-east, Floing in the east and north-east, Sedan in the south and east and Donchery in the west and north-west.
