Cheveuges is a French commune with 430 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Sedan and the canton Sedan-1 (until 2015 Sedan-Ouest ). The inhabitants are called Cheveugiens .
geography
Cheveuges is about three miles southwest of Sedan city center on the Bar River . Cheveuges is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Donchery in the north, Sedan in the north and northeast, Wadelincourt in the northeast, Noyers-Pont-Maugis in the east, Bulson in the southeast, Chémery-Chéhéry in the south, Saint-Aignan in the west and southwest and Villers-sur- Bar in the northwest.
