Létanne is located about 35 kilometers southeast of the city center of Sedan in the Argonne and on the Meuse . Létanne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mouzon in the north, Pouilly-sur-Meuse in the east, Laneuville-sur-Meuse in the south and southeast and Beaumont-en-Argonne in the west.
