Villiers is a municipality in the department of Ardennes and the region Grand Est in France . It belongs to the canton of Carignan in the Arrondissement of Sedan . It borders Belgium in the northeast ; a stream called Ruisseau de la Palle forms the state border. French neighboring communities are Matton-et-Clémency and Tremblois-lès-Carignan in the north-west, Mogues in the west and Puilly-et-Charbeaux in the south-east.
