The 2010 American Football Championship took place in Germany from July 24 to 31, 2010. The venues for the final round were the Commerzbank-Arena in Frankfurt am Main , the Wetzlar Stadium in Wetzlar and the Brita-Arena in Wiesbaden .

The B tournament was supposed to take place in summer 2008, but had to be postponed to 2009 due to the insolvency of the Italian association as the host. The bid to host the B-EM 2009 was given to the Austrian Football Association (AFBÖ) on November 20, 2008 . The tournament took place from August 15th to 22nd, 2009 in Wolfsberg , Carinthia - the venue of the C-EM 2007. The Lavanttal Arena was the venue for all encounters. Austria won 42-0 against Denmark in the final and was promoted to Group A.
