Amphoe Tha Li ( Thai : อำเภอ ท่าลี่ , pronunciation: ʔāmpʰɤ̄ː tʰâː lîː ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district) in Loei Province . The province of Loei is located in the western part of the northeast region of Thailand , the so-called Isan .

Neighboring counties and areas are (clockwise from northeast): Chiang Khan Amphoe , Mueang Loei, and Phu Ruea in Loei Province. To the northwest lies the Sayaburi province of Laos .
