Anastassija Grischutina

Anastassija Grischutina ( Russian Анастасия Гришутина , English transliteration Anastasia Grishutina , scientific transliteration Anastasija Grišutina ; * 1988 in Moscow ) is a Russian classical pianist. So far she has mainly emerged as a song pianist.

Live and act

Anastasia Grishutina received her first piano lessons in 1995 at the Scriabin School of Music in the class of Lyudmila Tolstikova. She also gained choral experience there. 2003–2007 she studied at the Gnesin College for Music in Andrej Chitruk's class (piano and pedagogy). She then studied piano, harpsichord and fortepiano at the Moscow Conservatory in the classes of Slava Poprugin , Ekaterina Derzhavina , Olga Martynova , Olga Filippova and Alexey Schevchenko . From 2014 to 2016 she continued her training at the University of Music and Theater in Munich with Adrian Oetiker . Since 2016 she has been studying song design at the Cologne University of Music and Dance (HfMT) with Ulrich Eisenlohr and Stefan Irmer.

Since October 2019 she has been teaching song design and contemporary song at the Cologne University of Music and Dance.

In masterclasses she received impulses and inspiration for her musical career from Michael Gees , Christoph Prégadien, Benjamin Appl , Graham Johnson , Anne Le Bozec, Jan Philip Schulze , Ruth Ziesak , Dirk Mommertz , Alexej Ljubimow and Bart van Ort, among others .

Since then, Grischutina has dedicated himself to the art song. In 2016 Anastassija Grischutina was awarded the companion prize at the Brigitte Kempen Competition in Aachen . In April 2017 she won the 2nd prize at the International Student LiedDuo Competition in Groningen together with the baritone Woongsu Kim . In December 2017, she and the same song partner won the 3rd prize at the university- internal song duo competition of the HfMT Cologne. In August 2018, Anastassija Grischutina and the mezzo-soprano Esther Valentin took part in a master class at the Landesakademie Ochsenhausen. They were then selected by the Bruno Frey Foundation and awarded the Bruno Frey Music Prize. In September 2018 the duo won first prize and the audience award at the III. Lied Duo Competition 2018 of the International Schubert Competition Dortmund . At this competition, Grischutina was also honored as the best song pianist. In September 2019, the Lied duo Valentin / Grischutina was selected for the three-year SWR2 New Talent funding program. In November 2019 the duo won the Junior Jury Prize, the Press Prize and Edwin Rutten & Annett Andriesen Audience Prize at the 53rd IVC 's Hertogenbosch LiedDuo Competition.

Grischutina has made guest appearances at numerous festivals, e.g. B. at the piano festival at the University of Music and Theater Munich, at the piano festival in the Brucknerhaus in Linz , Austria, at the “Con Bravura” in the Villa Zanders art museum in Bergisch Gladbach, at the “Forum German Music Universities” in Mathias-Jakobs -Stadthalle in Gladbeck as well as at the Peter de Grote Festival and the Antiqua Musica Nova in Groningen and the Schubert Festival in Dortmund.

In February 2018 she gave a lunch concert together with the baritone Woongsu Kim in the foyer of the Dutch national Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam (Netherlands). In September 2018 she performed with the baritone Joel Urch and the soprano Andrea Graff in the Cologne Philharmonic.

In 2019 she received a scholarship at the LIEDBasel festival and was invited to the first Brentano Academy in Aschaffenburg in 2020.

In 2013 and 2015 she recorded CDs with songs by N. Medtner and M. Mussorgsky with the Russian soprano Irina Egorova.

In 2018 she made a radio recording with mezzo-soprano Esther Valentin at SWR (Baden-Baden location) with selected songs by F. Schubert , H. Wolf , C. Debussy and F. Poulenc . There they also recorded the CD "Amors Spiel", which was released in summer 2019, in co-production under the label GWK-Records.

It is particularly important to her to perform Russian song repertoire in Germany and to make it easier to understand for the local audience.
