Andreas Erfurth

Andreas Erfurth (born June 26, 1965 in Bremen ) is a German actor and theater director .

Life

Andreas Erfurth grew up in Bochum. From 1987 to 1991 he studied at the Berlin University of the Arts and has since played on numerous Berlin theaters, including the Berliner Ensemble , the Renaissance Theater , the Schlosspark Theater , the Theater an der Parkaue , the Tribüne and the Vaganten Stage . Outside of Berlin, he worked at the Neuen Schauspiel Erfurt and the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam .

From 2008 to 2015 Erfurth belonged to the ensemble of Shakespeare and Partners , in 2015 he founded the Neue Globe Theater together with Kai Frederic Schrickel and Sebastian Bischoff . He was and is also active as a director on these stages.

Since the 1990s, Erfurth has also worked sporadically in front of the camera and as a radio play speaker. He lives in Potsdam.
