Andreas Renee Swoboda

Andreas Renee Swoboda (* in Hattersheim am Main ) is a German singer and musical performer . Due to his large vocal range from tenor to soprano, Swoboda has both female and male roles.

Life

Swoboda grew up in Hessen . From 1995 to 1998 he was a member of the comedy group Panoptikum before he began his studies. He completed his training as a musical performer at the Stage School of Music, Dance & Drama in Hamburg , which he graduated with a diploma in 2001. During this time he designed his first stage program Jacob & Svob - The Charming Twins , in which he played the double role of the twins. He also appeared in excerpts on the midnight show at the Schmidt Theater in Hamburg.

In the summer of 2001 Swoboda played the role of Chantal in the musical La Cage aux Folles - A cage full of fools in the BKA-Luftschloss on Schloßplatz in Berlin-Mitte . He also embodied this in 2004 at the Lübeck Theater , where he also took part in the musical The Wizard of Oz .

In 2002 Swoboda moved entirely to Berlin , where he developed the stage character Renee Fein together with his singing teacher Renate Faltin . With this female role, he also went on tour. With the soiree with Renee in 2006, he put together a stage program that he staged in Berlin and then in the Rhine-Main area .

As first tenor he was seen in the show productions on three of the AIDA cruise ships, where he sang musical melodies and James Bond songs in addition to ABBA , Queen and Beatles songs . In addition to the soprano Lisa Salzmann he played in 2007 in Erfurt Cabaret Lach basement a musical gala named Liza & Renee - Three voices on four legs .

Swoboda premiered at the Volksbühne in Berlin at the end of 2007 with his second program, Nette Renee - Two make up for themselves .
