Andreea Diana Trâmbițaș (born May 31, 2000 in Săcele ) is a Romanian ski jumper .

Career

Andreea Diana Trâmbițaş started internationally for the first time as part of two competitions of the FIS Cup on September 28 and 29, 2013 in Râşnov , in which she finished eleven and twelve. Since then she has taken part regularly in other FIS Cup competitions; their best placements so far (as of March 2020) were three third places. Trâmbițaş made her debut on March 1 and 2, 2014 in Falun in the Continental Cup , where she took eleventh place twice and thus directly reached her first Continental Cup points. The placements were also her best in the Continental Cup. On January 28 and 29, 2017 Trâmbițaș finally made her debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup in Râșnov ; she took two 39th places.

At the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2017 in Erzurum , Trâmbițaș was eighth in the individual competition. At the 2016 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer , she finished ninth in the individual competition. In addition, she started in the individual and team competition at the 2016 in Râșnov, 2017 in Soldier Hollow , Utah , 2018 in Kandersteg , 2019 in Lahti and 2020 in Oberwiesenthal , but did not achieve any top placements.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2019 in Seefeld in Tyrol , she finished twelfth and penultimate place in the mixed team competition together with Daniela Haralambie , Hunor Farkas and Radu Mihai Păcurar .
