Andrei Romanowitsch Fedoriw ( Russian Андрей Романович Федорив , English transcription Andrey Fedoriv ; born August 11, 1963 in Lviv ) is a former Russian sprinter .

In 1986 he won bronze over 200 m for the Soviet Union starting at the European Athletics Championships in Stuttgart . The following year he reached the semifinals at the World Athletics Championships in Rome in 1987 over the same distance; in the 4 x 100 meter relay he was used in the run-up and thus contributed to winning the silver medal for the Soviet team.

At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona he finished fifth with the 4 x 100 meter relay of the United Team . In 1993 he retired, now starting for Russia, at the World Championships in Stuttgart over 200 m in the semifinals, in 1994 he was sixth at the European Championships in Helsinki over the same distance.

At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and at the World Cup in Athens , he reached the quarter-finals over 100 m and was eliminated over 200 m in the preliminary run.

Twice he was Russian champion over 100 m (1996, 1997) and three times over 200 m (1994, 1996, 1997). In the hall he won the Soviet and Russian titles over 200 m four times (1983, 1989–1991; 1993, 1994, 1998, 1999) and twice the Russian title over 60 m (1996, 1998).

His daughter Alexandra Fedoriwa is also successful as a sprinter.
