Andrew Keegan Heying (born January 29, 1979 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor and producer , best known for his roles in A Heavenly Family , 10 Things I Hate About You and O - Trust, Seduction, Betrayal has been.

Keegan was born in Los Angeles to actor and voice actor Larry Heying and his wife Lana, a hair stylist. He has a younger brother named Casey.
