Andrew Osagie

Andrew Osagie ( Andrew Ifeanyichukwu Osagie; born February 19, 1988 in Harlow ) is a British middle -distance runner who specializes in the 800-meter distance .

In 2010 he reached the semi- finals at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Doha and , starting for England , at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi .

The following year he was fourth at the European Athletics Indoor Championships 2011 in Paris and reached the semifinals at the World Athletics Championships in Daegu .

In 2012 he won bronze at the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul and finished eighth at the Olympic Games in London .

At the 2013 World Cup in Moscow, he came in fifth.

In 2014 he took bronze again at the World Indoor Championships in Sopot . At the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow he was disqualified in the preliminary stages, and at the European Athletics Championships in Zurich he did not get past the first round.

In 2011 and 2012 he was British Champion and in 2010 British Indoor Champion.
