Coat of arms and motto

The coat of arms, divided into three parts, shows a dove (symbol of the Holy Spirit) in field 1 silver / white on a red background, in field 2 four silver lilies on a blue background (symbol for Mary), the lilies here represent the four parts of the rosary. Field 3 shows a red cross surrounded by a victory wreath on a gold background. The cross as a symbol for Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior (Dominus Jesus), in the victory wreath, divided in two, an oak branch (power and strength) and a laurel branch (fame and immortality). The golden background symbolizes the sun on Easter morning.

He continues the coat of arms unchanged, only exchanged the cross of the bishop for the double cross of the archbishop behind the coat of arms shield; above the green galero with ten tassels each hanging down. Among them his motto DOMINUS JESUS (“Jesus is the Lord”) is taken from the spiritual gifts from the 1st letter of Paul to the Corinthians ( 1 Cor 12.3  EU ).
