The Anenský potok , also Svatoanenský potok , is a left tributary of the Novohradka in the Czech Republic .
course
The Anenský potok rises northeast of Lažany in the Skutečská pahorkatina ( Skutscher hill country ). On its upper reaches, the stream between Skuteč , Zbožnov and Štěpánov flows through a wide meadow valley, in which it is dammed in two larger ponds, to the northwest. On the right side of the brook there is the karst spring Malhošťská vyvěračka in a wood near Zbožnov .
Between Pribylov and Hroubovice the stream takes a northerly direction and breaks through the Plänerplateau the Štěpánovská stupňovina ( Stiepanower Stufenland or Flözgebirge ) in a deep valley, the protected since 2001 as a nature reserve údolí Anenské . On the right side of the brook there is the single layer U Svaté Anny with the St. Anne's Chapel. The former St. Anna bath and the chapel were built on an iron spring and give the stream its name. The village of Nová Ves and the Hanusovy zámky castle stables lie above the valley .
The Anenský potok flows northeast on its lower reaches. The villages of Bělá , Horní Radim and Radim stretch along the stream . After 11.8 km, the Anenský potok flows into the Novohradka below Radim . Its catchment area covers 21.3 km², the mean flow rate at the mouth is 0.1 m³ / s.
Tributaries
The Anenský potok has only a few tributaries. Only two nameless streams that flow from Skuteč and Skutíčko on the left are significant .
