Angela Anaconda is a Canadian animated series from 1999 to 2002.

The series is based on two short clips from the show KaBlam !, namely The First Flush of Love and Chew on That Gum . In these the animation style was slightly changed with Dutch subtitles. In the original clips Angela had no friends at all and was madly in love with Johnny Abatti, but he was in love with the school bitch Nanette Manoir.

All the characters as well as the backdrops come from the computer , even if the actors look as if they had been cut out by hand and glued together. Most of the faces are mixtures of catalog photos, computer graphics and coloring with crayons. Only Mrs. Brinks, Mr. Manoir and Miss Yamagatchi are fictitious and designed figures.

action

Angela Anaconda lives with her two brothers, her little sister and her parents, an artist and an unsuccessful inventor, and her dog King in the fictional American town of Tapwater Springs (literally tap water sources). There she goes to the Tapwater Springs Elementary School and has to assert herself against her enemy Nanette and her teacher Mrs. Brinks, with her friends Gina Lash, Johnny Abatti and Gordy Rhinehart always by her side.
