Animation × Paralympic
Animation × Paralympic: Who Is Your Hero? ( ア ニ × パ ラ 〜 あ な た の ヒ ー ロ ー は 誰 で す か 〜 Ani x Para: Anata no Hīrō wa Dare desu ka?, Abbreviated to Anime x Para or Ani × Para ) is a series of animated short films produced by the NHK television channel for the Paralympic summer Games in Tokyo to advertise.
Each episode focuses on a Paralympic sport and is realized in collaboration with leading figures in the manga and anime industry.
On February 28, 2020, the Japanese animation studio Kyōto Animation announced that it was canceling its episode for the series. Originally the episode was supposed to be broadcast in August of the previous year, but an arson attack was carried out on the studio , so that the timely completion of the episode for the Paralympic Summer Games was no longer guaranteed.
