Anke Greifeneder (born November 23, 1972 in Villingen-Schwenningen ) is a German author.
Life
Greifeneder worked until 2007, among other things, as a channel manager at the Viacom broadcasting group for the broadcasters MTV , VIVA and Comedy Central . She has been program director at Turner Broadcasting System Deutschland GmbH since October 2008 and is responsible for programming for the pay TV channels Cartoon Network , Boomerang , TNT Film , TNT Serie , Cartoonito , Adult Swim and glitz * .
From 2013 Greifeneder concentrated on the company's own productions and produced children's programs for Cartoon Network and Boomerang, series for TNT series and from 2017 also series for TNT Comedy .
Since 2002 she has published 6 novels under Anke Greifeneder and 2 children's and youth books under the pseudonym Lilli Wagner, with the Lübbe publishing group, Blanvalet Taschenbuch Verlag, Boje Verlag and Baumhaus Verlag. Her books have been translated into several languages, including Danish, Hungarian and Russian. Freely based on their novel Turning the Bottle , Zeitsprung Entertainment produced the TV film Turning the Bottle in March / April 2011 with Janin Reinhardt , Josephine Schmidt , Kai Schumann , Roman Knižka and Horst Janson , which was broadcast on September 6, 2011 on Sat.1 .
For her new book Das kleine Sünde , which was published by Blanvalet Taschenbuch Verlag in March 2015 , she went to a monastery to do research.
Awards
- 2013 together with Quirin Berg Grimme Prize in the fiction / special category for the fictional in-house production of the TNT series Add a Friend
- 2016 together with Arne Nolting, Jan Martin Scharf and Philipp Steffens Grimme Prize for the idea and conception of the Weinberg series
- In 2017 she received two awards for the series 4 Blocks from the German Academy for Television in the categories of Best Producers (together with Max Wiedemann, Eva Stadler, Karsten Rühle, Quirin Berg and Hannes Heyelmann), as well as Best Editing / Producing .
- In 2018, the 4 Blocks series received a gold camera as the best German miniseries. Anke Greifeneder received an award for editing and production.
- In 2018 the series 4 Blocks produced by Anke Greifeneder received a Grimme Prize for direction (Marvin Kren) and performance (Maryam Zaree and Kida Khodr Ramadan).
- In 2019 the Hackerville series, co-produced by Anke Greifeneder with HBO, received a Grimme Prize .
- In 2019, Anke Greifeneder was nominated for the GERMAN TELEVISION AWARD in the category “best comedy” on behalf of the executive producer for the series “Arthur's Law” .
- In 2019, the main actor Jan Josef Liefers wins the Bavarian TV Prize for "Arthur's Law".
- The series "Arthur's Law" produced by Greifeneder wins the Rockie Award for best international comedy at the Banff World Media Festival in Canada in 2019 .
