Antonino Pinci

Antonino Pinci (born February 17, 1912 in Cave , Province of Rome , Italy ; † August 16, 1987 ) was an Italian clergyman, Roman Catholic archbishop and diplomat of the Holy See .

Life

Antonino Pinci received on 29 June 1936, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On October 31, 1961, Pope John XXIII appointed him . the Titular Archbishop of Tarasa in Numidia and ordered him to Apostolic Nuncio in Panama . Cardinal Secretary of State Amleto Giovanni Cicognani donated him episcopal ordination on December 17 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the secretary for extraordinary tasks of the church, Curia Archbishop Antonio Samorè , and the emeritus Bishop of Segni , Pietro Severi .

In 1971 Pinci resigned as Apostolic Nuncio in Panama.

Antonino Pinci participated in the second, third and fourth sessions of the Second Vatican Council .
