APB Apranga is the largest Lithuanian retail company in the clothing industry. It was founded in 1993 as Valstybinė drabužių prekybos bazė from a state-owned company founded in Soviet Lithuania in 1945 . In 2003 the company started its activities in Latvia and in 2004 in Estonia . The group currently has 141 stores in the Baltic States: 92 in Lithuania, 37 in Latvia and 12 in Estonia. The Apranga Group consists of the parent company and 16 subsidiaries. The company belongs to the investment holding UAB "MG Baltic Investment". This belongs to the Lithuanian group MG Baltic .

In 2012 the group achieved a total turnover of 529.6 million litas .
