Invalda LT is a Lithuanian investment company . It is listed on the Vilnius Stock Exchange .
history
In 1991 the company "Invalda" (President Stasys Poškus) was founded and since 1995 it has been listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius . She was active in Lithuania and Poland . "Invalda" was one of the larger Lithuanian corporations . In addition to industrial companies, the group also owned the largest Lithuanian financial brokerage company " Finasta " (now an investment bank ).
In 2010, the controlled and associated companies of "Invalda" achieved sales of 550 million euros and had over 5000 employees. The value of the mergers and acquisitions was EUR 0.5 billion. Major shareholders were Dailius Juozapas Mišeikis (15.09%), Alvydas Banys (11.92%), Vytautas Bučas (13.07%), Darius Šulnis.
In May 2013, AB "Invalda" became AB "Invalda LT" and the other debt-free investment company AB "Invaldos privatus kapitalas" (Board of Directors: Vytautas Bučas, Indrė Mišeikytė ir Dalius Kaziūnas ) was founded.
