AB Energijos skirstymo operatorius ( ESO ) is a Lithuanian energy company, founded on December 11th, 2015 instead of the national energy suppliers " LESTO " and Lietuvos dujos . The assets amount to 1 billion euros. In 2016 the company achieved a turnover of 650.1 million euros (700 million euros were planned) and a profit of 92.5 million euros. In 2016, the company employed 2,750 people. In 2017, 226.2 million euros were invested.

The registered office of the joint-stock company is in Naujamiestis , Vilnius .
