Arthur is a city in Ida County in the western US state of Iowa . Arthur has 203 inhabitants (as of 2016) and an area of ​​0.39 km 2 . The place is affected by the Iowa Highway 175 and a railway line of the former Chicago and North Western Transportation and is near the border with Sac County .
