biography

Robichaud took part in the Nor-Am Cup, the North American continental championship, from February 2004. In the same month, she achieved her first podium finish. The first victory at this level followed in December 2004. She made her debut in the World Cup on January 8, 2005 at Mont Tremblant , where she reached 24th place. A month later the first top 10 result followed in Inawashiro . With four other placements among the top ten, she qualified for the 2006 Winter Olympics ; there she finished eighth. At the 2007 World Championships in Madonna di Campiglio , she finished in 16th place. In January 2008 she was fourth in Lake Placid and achieved her best ever World Cup result.

In the two following winters Robichaud did not get past eighth place and missed qualification for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games due to strong competition within the team. It was greatly improved in the 2010/11 season : it drove in Lake Placid on January 22, 2011 in third place and thus achieved her first podium finish. A week later, she finished second in Calgary . In the Moguls World Cup, she was the third best athlete of the winter. At the 2011 World Championships in Deer Valley , she finished fifth in the Moguls competition and tenth in the dual-moguls competition.

Robichaud achieved her first World Cup victory on February 19, 2012, when she won the Dual Moguls competition in Naeba and thus interrupted the winning streak of Hannah Kearney , who was previously unbeaten in the 2011/12 season . Another World Cup victory came on February 23, 2013 in Inawashiro . At the 2013 World Championships in Voss , she reached the ranks 9 (Dual Moguls) and 11 (Moguls). In the World Cup winter 2013/14 was a fifth place their best result, while in the 2014 Winter Olympics went to tenth place. In the 2014/15 season she achieved third place in a World Cup race twice, and at the 2015 World Championships on Kreischberg , she achieved eighth place in the dual moguls competition.

Robichaud achieved second and third place each in the 2015/16 World Cup season , and she also became Canadian champion in the dual moguls discipline for the first time. She was very consistent in the 2016/17 season , when she finished eight times in the top ten in eleven World Cup appearances, but without reaching a podium. At the 2017 World Championships in the Sierra Nevada , she finished 18th in the Mughal competition.
