August Aloys Joseph von Mitschke-Collande (born August 9, 1810 in Kalisch , † May 19, 1877 in Militsch ) was a Prussian district administrator and politician.

Mitschke-Collande was the son of the Polish and later Prussian judicial advisor Johannes Leopold Anton von Mitschke-Collande. The Prussian nobility for the father and his descendants was confirmed on February 4, 1846 in Berlin. The mother was Henriette nee Schede. Mitschke-Collande, who was a Catholic denomination, married Auguste von Donat (* July 27, 1817 in Sonnenberg; † December 17, 1902 in Breslau), the daughter of District Administrator Franz von Donat , on October 20, 1841 in Sonnenberg, Falkenberg district in Upper Silesia .

Life

Mitschke-Collande attended the Friedrich Wilhelm and Joachimsthalsches Gymnasium in Berlin . There he studied at the building academy . From 1830 to 1831 he worked for the government in Frankfurt . In 1831 he began studying at the University of Berlin. In 1835 he was a building inspector and then a government and building trainee in Opole and Posen . In 1850 he worked interim as district administrator in the Schildberg district of the province of Posen and as district administrator in the Löbau district (West Prussia) (1852-1857) in the province of Prussia . In addition, in 1850 he was a member of the Erfurt Union Parliament and a member of the Prussian House of Representatives from 1852 to 1858 and from 1863 to 1873.

In 1840 he acquired the Schützendorf estate in the Grottkau district and in 1856 he bought the Collande / Kollande estate in the Militsch district .
