The Auvignon is a river in France that runs through the Occitania and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regions. It rises in the municipality of Mas-d'Auvignon , generally drains north-west to north, leads to the confluence of the Petit Auvignon initially the name Grand Auvignon and after 56 kilometers flows into the Garonne as a left tributary at the hamlet of Méneaux , in the municipality of Feugarolles . In the opening section of the Auvignon passes under shipping channel Canal latéral à la Garonne . On its way, the river touches the Gers and Lot-et-Garonne departments .
