The avant-publisher from Berlin publishes comics and graphic novels mainly European artists since 2,001th

Founder Johann Ulrich (* 1965) started his own publishing house after visiting the Frankfurt Book Fair . Many of the author's comics from abroad presented there have not yet been published in Germany.

The publishing program includes comic novels, artist biographies and literary comics by European artists, with in-house productions by German authors forming a solid pillar. In 2016, the publishing house was honored with the special jury prize of the Max and Moritz Prize for its services to the preservation of cultural heritage . In 2020 the publisher received the German Publishing Prize .
